Dubarry created and delivered a Harry Potter inspired annual recognition celebration for MetLife, bringing 200 guests together at Central Hall in London.
Built around the theme "Because of You, Beyond Compare", the evening combined employee recognition, immersive themed experiences, live entertainment and a formal awards celebration in one programme.
An evening guests could step into.
Themed set pieces were built across the venue so that guests moved through the story rather than simply watching it, from costumed characters welcoming arrivals to photo moments staged around the building.

Our team held the whole evening: concept and creative direction, set design and build, staging, audio, lighting and video, the entertainment programme, and guest management on the night.
A celebration built around recognition.
Awards, performance, immersive themed moments and social time came together in one coherent evening, giving MetLife a year-end celebration that its employees and guests remembered.
